All deposits and payments made to Katrina's Safari Cabin are non-refundable. However, we offer a flexible rescheduling option if you notify us at least 7 days before your scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior are not eligible for rescheduling. For full details, please view our Cancellation Policy.

Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability.

We supply bedding and bath towels, hand wash and bathing soap, toilet paper, purified drinking water, all cutlery and crockery, and firewood for the indoor fireplace.

Please pack your meal requirements and ingredients (if you plan to use our private cook catering service), your preferred beverages, suitable walking shoes for nature walks and excursions, and warm clothing for cool Nanyuki evenings.

The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering with a fridge, gas cooker, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, electric kettle, and a water dispenser. A dedicated house manager is available to prepare meals as your private cook at an additional cost, provided you supply the ingredients.

We provide a water dispenser with purified water for your convenience and safety throughout your stay.

Not necessarily. Katrina's Safari Cabin is located just 15 minutes from Nanyuki town off the A2 Highway on a well-maintained road. You will have no trouble reaching the cabin in a standard vehicle with reasonable clearance.

Absolutely, we welcome families! However, please note that the cabin features striking A-frame architecture with glass balconies and staircases, so children must be supervised at all times for their safety.

Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be approved in advance. An additional pet fee may apply. Guests with pets must ensure their animals are well-behaved, supervised at all times, and do not disturb the local wildlife or other guests.
