1. Booking and Reservations

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation at Katrina's Safari Cabin. The remaining balance is due upon check-in. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Katrina's Safari Cabin management.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both guests and our business. Please refer to our detailed Cancellation Policy page for comprehensive information regarding refunds, late cancellations, and rescheduling options.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests must provide valid identification upon check-in.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to:

  • Comply with the maximum occupancy limit of 8 guests
  • Remove shoes at the entrance to preserve the wooden floors and maintain cleanliness
  • Not smoke inside the cabin (smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas)
  • Avoid leaning over the glass balconies and do not overcrowd the upstairs balconies
  • Ensure children are supervised on balconies and staircases at all times
  • Respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
  • Treat the property and all furnishings with respect and care
  • Dispose of waste properly and maintain cleanliness
  • Report any damages or issues immediately to the house manager
  • Respect the natural environment and local wildlife

5. Damage and Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay. Katrina's Safari Cabin reserves the right to charge guests for repairs or replacements of damaged items. Guests are liable for their personal belongings and Katrina's Safari Cabin is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

6. Pets

Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be approved in advance. An additional pet fee may apply. Guests with pets must ensure their animals are well-behaved, supervised at all times, and do not disturb other guests or wildlife.

7. Force Majeure

Katrina's Safari Cabin is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, power outages, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will work with guests to reschedule their stay.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Guest information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law.

9. Modifications to Terms

Katrina's Safari Cabin reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and guests will be notified of significant changes via email.
